Directions
From the northbound 580 freeway, take the Harrison Street/MacArthur Blvd. exit. Merge onto Santa Clara Ave. (turns into MacArthur Blvd.). Turn right at Piedmont and proceed to 3945, office is on left next to Wells Fargo Bank.

From Berkeley, take College Avenue south to the Broadway. Take a left on Pleasant Valley Avenue and a right onto Piedmont Avenue, proceed to 3945 Piedmont Ave. There is a large public parking lot on 40th St., one-half block from Piedmont Ave.

Directions
Driving west from Vallejo, from Interstate 80 westbound, exit at Appian Way and turn right. Proceed to Tara Hills Drive, turn left, and look for the Medical Office Complex on your right. Drive into the main driveway, the office is located across the parking lot from McDonald's.

Driving east from San Francisco, from Interstate 80 eastbound, exit at Appian Way and turn left. Proceed to Tara Hills Drive, turn left, and follow the above directions.
